摘要
在卫生监督专业学生的职业卫生监督教学中引入以岗位胜任力为导向的教学模式,探讨以岗位胜任力为导向教学模式在职业卫生监督教学中的应用。结果显示采用以岗位胜任力为导向教学模式,提高了学生的学习兴趣、学习成绩及实践能力,培养了学生的协作精神和社会责任感,对学生毕业后尽快适应和满足社会需求具有一定的推动作用。
To explore the application of teaching model based on post competency introduced in the teaching of occupational health supervision for students majoring in health supervision.The results show that the teaching model based on post competency can improve the interest in learning,academic achievement and practice ability,cultivate the cooperative spirit and social responsibility of students,which has a certain role for the students after graduation to adapt and meet the needs of the society as soon as possible.
