摘要
通过调查某医学院校研究生与导师沟通现状,分析存在的主要问题,建议研究生应改变心态,多渠道积极主动与导师沟通,注重面对面交流的重要性。对改善师生沟通,提高导师指导水平,确保研究生培养质量提供基础建议和依据。
Through investigating the current of communication between medical graduate students and tutors,finding its existing problems,to suggest that graduate students should change mentality,pay more attention to communicating with tutors.To provide basic suggestions for improving the communication between tutors and graduate students,ensuring the training quality of graduate students.
