以岗位胜任力为核心的耳鼻喉科护士规范化培训实践 被引量:18

摘要 目的探讨以岗位胜任力为核心的培训模式在耳鼻喉科规范化培训护士中的作用。方法选取2015年7月—2016年6月培训护士32名为对照组,采取传统教学方法,选取2016年7月—2017年5月培训护士32名为观察组,采取以岗位胜任力为核心的培训模式,培训结束时进行理论操作考核及岗位胜任力测评。结果观察组护士理论、操作考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组护士岗位胜任力总分及各维度得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以岗位胜任力为核心的培训模式提高了规范化培训护士的综合素质,提高了教学质量。 Objective To explore the role of post competency-based training model for otolaryngology nurses. Method Control group involved 32 nurses from July 2015 to June 2016 and traditional teaching was conducted. Another 32 nurses from July 2016 to May 2017 were included in the experimental group and post competence-based training model was performed. The effect of the training was evaluated by using the operation test and the post competency assessment at the end of the training. Results Nurses in the experimental group performed better in the theoretical and operational test(P〈0.05). The total score of post competency and the score of each dimension in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group( P〈0.05). Conclusion The training mode based on post competency is effective for enhancing the comprehensive ability of nurses, and improving the teaching quality.
