摘要
2011年,《国家开放大学建设方案》提出要改革过去主要依赖系统内部力量办学,过分强调学历继续教育的办学模式,探索形成政府主导、社会参与、办学形式多样、学历继续教育与非学历继续教育并重、充满生机活力、更加开放灵活的办学模式。本文通过比较分析2012 2016年广州地区开放教育的招生数据,探索开放教育招生的发展规律,探讨开放教育在国家教育教学改革及信息化社会高速发展的环境下面临的问题,针对这些问题提出具体的解决办法,为探索国家开放大学开放教育的可持续发展提供借鉴和参考。
In 2011, the National Open University Construction Scheme proposed to reform on the school-running pattern that mainly depended on internal resources and overstressed on formal higher education, seeking to form a new pattern that characterizes government-led, social participation, and various forms of running a school. This paper first makes a comparative analysis of open education enrollment data in Guangzhou area throught 2012-2016, so as to probe into the trend of open education enrollment, then looks into the problems facing open education under the background of national education reform and information development, and finally comes up with relevent solutions to them, with an aim to provide reference for exploring into the sustainable growth of open education of the Open University of China.
