摘要
本文运用反应动力学原理,分析影响卡尔多炉强化吹炼铜阳极泥反应速率的因素,针对性的开展相关试验。试验表明,控制吹炼氧压、氧浓度,加大反应界面面积,能实现高强度冶炼,缩短冶炼时间。
This paper analyzes the factors affecting the reaction speed of forced converting copper anode slime by Kaldo furnace with the reaction kinetic principle. The tests show that high-intensity smelting can be achieved and smelting duration can be shortened by controlling the oxygen pressure and concentration used for converting and increasing the reaction interface area.
