摘要
熔铝炉普遍存在耗能高的问题,烟气直接排放到大气造成热能的极大浪费。本文设计了熔铝炉烟气循环装置,使烟气返回熔铝炉参与燃烧,实现热能的回收利用。在没有热平衡试验的条件下,把熔炼过程分成若干时间节点,用MATLAB软件进行迭代热平衡计算,结果表明,这种方式节约了燃料,提高了燃烧效率。
The serious energy consumption is the common problem for aluminium melting furnace. The offgas is di- rectly discharged to the atmosphere, which causes a big heat waste. Therefore, this paper designs a new external device of aluminum melting furnace, so that the offgas will cycle back to the aluminum melting furnace to partici- pate in the combustion, realizing the recycling of heat energy. In the condition of the absence of heat balance test, the smelting process is divided into several time nodes, and MATLAB software is adopted to carry out iterate heat balance calculation. The results show that this manner can save fuels and enhance combustion efficiency.
