提高澳斯麦特炉铜冶炼内部作业率的生产实践

摘要 影响澳斯麦特炉内部作业率的因素主要有更换喷枪、喷枪清理、澳斯麦特炉上升烟道掉焦、电炉冰铜面高等。通过控制澳斯麦特炉Fe/Si O2、Fe3O4含量、研究新型材质喷枪混气室、探索最佳喷枪混气室长度、最佳喷枪清理方法来延长喷枪使用寿命,降低喷枪清理时间;通过提高制粒成团率、探索最佳化焦剂添加方式降低澳斯麦特炉上升烟道结焦速度和掉焦频次,从而降低澳斯麦特炉化焦时间;通过提高沉降电炉放铜速度和降低电炉炉结,控制合理的沉降电炉冰铜面,减少因冰铜面高而引起的澳斯麦特炉内部作业率。 The main factors which impacting internal operation rate of Ausmeh furnace includes replace- ment of spray lance, cleaning of spray lance, coke loss in up-taker of Ausmeh furnace ,high matter level in electric furnace and other factors. The service life of spray lance is extended and the lance clean time is shortened by controlling of iron silicon ratio, Fe304 content, studying on new material of gas mixing chamber, exploring of optimum length of the gas mixing chamber, and best method of cleaning of spray lance. The speed of coking and frequency of coke loss in Ausmeh furnace are reduced, and thus shorting the coking time by improving the pelletizing rate and exploring the optimized way of agent adding. The level of matte copper in the furnace is controlled by increasing the copper discharging rate and reducing the sticking knot in the settling furnace, thus the internal operation factor which caused by high matter level in settling furnace is reduced significantly.
