摘要
阐述了澳斯麦特炉铜冶炼熔炼过程产出的冰铜与渣的混合熔体经过堰口溜槽时的保温及集烟方法。介绍了堰口溜槽混合熔体温度流失的形态及烟气的来源,分析了影响高温熔体保温及集烟的因素。通过优化工艺指标(包括优化澳炉炉温、Fe/Si O2、Fe3O4含量、澳斯麦特炉炉膛负压、沉降电炉炉膛负压)、优化堰口环保烟道及引进燃气盖板为混合熔体保温与集烟等措施,减少了高温熔体的热损失,加强了烟气的富集,优化了现场环境。
The method of insulation and secondary off-gas collecting during the mixture of matte and slag of Ausmeh furnace passing the weir launder in the copper production is described; the form of the tem- perature loss of the melt mixture in the weir launder and the source of the secondary off-gas are intro- duced; the factors affecting the insulation and the secondary off-gas collecting are analyzed. By optimi- zing the process indexes ( including the optimization of furnace temperature, Fe/SiO2 ratio, Fe304 con- tent, chamber negative pressure in the Ausmeh furnace, chamber negative pressure in settling furnace) , optimizing the secondary off-gas environmental protection chute and introducing fuel gas cover for melt mixture insulation and secondary off-gas collecting. The heat loss of high temperature melt is reduced, the secondary off-gas collecting is enriched, and the site environment is improved eventually.
