摘要
某铜冶炼企业碳排放量占比例最大的是净外购电力的排放,其次是燃料燃烧排放,并且电力消耗在无用功上较为突出。通过对锅炉高压给水泵、重金属回收风机、环集SO2风机进行变频技术改造;阳极炉稀氧燃烧工艺优化等措施,企业2016年碳排放强度比2015年降低了4.9%,实现了节能减排、降低碳排放强度的目的。
The net outsourcing of electricity emissions is the largest proportion of carbon emissions in a copper smelter, followed by fuel combustion emissions, and power consumption in the useless work is more prominent. Through the conversion technology transformation of the high-pressure water feed pump of boiler, the fan of heavy metal recovery, and the SO2 fan of environmental secondary off-gas collecting, the measures for optimizing the process of dilute oxygen combustion in the anode furnace, the intensity of carbon emissions in 2016 are 4.9% lower than that in 2015, the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction and carbon intensity reduction are achieved finally.
