摘要
目的:研究抗衰灵膏对氢化可的松致肾阳虚证模型大鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:将SD雄性大鼠随机分为正常对照组,模型对照组,右归丸组及抗衰灵膏高、中、低剂量组,氢化可的松肌肉注射14天制备肾阳虚证大鼠模型,造模成功后分别按照各组剂量灌胃,给药28天后测定各组大鼠的胸腺及脾脏指数、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬能力以及脾淋巴细胞增殖能力。结果:抗衰灵膏可显著增加肾阳虚大鼠体重,提高大鼠胸腺及脾脏指数、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬能力以及脾淋巴细胞增殖水平。结论:抗衰灵膏能显著改善肾阳虚证大鼠免疫功能并具有很好的免疫调节作用。
Objective：To study the effect of Kangshuailing Gao on the immune function of kidney yang deficiency in SD rats. Meth- ods： The SD male rats were randomly divided into the normal contro] group,the control group,the Youguiwan group and the Kang- shuailing Gao high,middle and low dose group. The rat model of kidney Yang deficiency syndrome was prepared by Injecting SD rats in 14 days with cortisol induced the model of kidney Yang deficiency syndrome. After the success model, each group was given a dose of the stomach. The thymus and spleen indices, macrophage phagocytosis and splenic lymphocyte proliferation of rats were deter- mined after 28d. Results： The Kangshuailing Gao can significantly increase the weight of the kidney Yang deficiency rats, improve the rat thymus and spleen index,the phagocytic ability of the abdominal maerophages and the proliferation of splenic lymphocytes. Conclusion ： Kangshuailing Gao can significantly improve the immune function of rats with kidney Yang deficiency syndrome and it has a good immune regulation effect.
