摘要
目的:建立芪元颗粒提取纯化后总皂苷的含量测定方法。方法:以黄芪甲苷为对照品,采用紫外可见分光光度法测定芪元颗粒提取纯化后总皂苷的含量。结果:回归方程为Y=16.577 X-0.0084,r=0.999,黄芪甲苷在0.007~0.07mg·mL^(-1)范围内线性关系良好;平均回收率为98.10%,RSD为2.16%。结论:该方法简便、准确,灵敏度高,重复性好,稳定性高,可作为芪元颗粒提取纯化后总皂苷含量的测定方法。
Objective : To develop a method for determinating total saponins in purified Qiyuan granule. Methods : Using astragalo- side as a reference substance, and determined the content of total saponins in purified Qiyuan granule by UV visible speetrophotome try. Results:The regression equation is Y--16. 577X-0. 0084, r--0. 999,indicating that astragaloside has a good linear relationship in the range of 0. 007~0.07mg/mL. The average recovery was 98.10% and the RSD was 2.16%. Conclusion: This method is simple and easy to operate with high accuracy, sensitivity, stability and good reproducibility. It can be used as a method for the determina- tion of total saponins after purification.
