实践教学是医学生培养过程中的重要环节。高校附属医院是实践教学的重要载体,师资队伍则是实践教学活动的主体,师资队伍的水平决定着人才培养质量的高低。通过分析目前实践教学师资队伍存在的问题,以安徽医科大学第一附属医院为例,有针对性地探索高校附属医院实践教学师资队伍建设对策和解决途径,不断提升医学人才的培养的质量。

Clinical sessions are an important part of medical education. Affiliated hospitals and preceptorship often determine the quanty oi medical programs. By analyzing the existing problems of teaching staff in practical teaching, and illustrated by the case of The First Affiliated Hospital Of Anhui Medical University, this paper explores the countermeasures of and solutions to the teaching staff construction of practical teaching in affiliated hospitals of colleges and universities, thereby constantly improving the quality of medical talent cultivation.
