医科院校本科授课教师班风评价的研究

Evaluation of academic environment of a class by teachers

目的:了解医科院校本科生班风现状,为学校校风建设提供科学依据。方法:采用自制授课教师班风评价表,对本科授课教师在2015年春、秋两季及2016年春季学期开展调查。结果:各年级班风评价中,2015级班风总分秩均值最高,2010级班风总分秩均值最低;结论:低年级班风较好,高年级班风较差;对调查数据进行分析发现,学习态度与行为、知识基础、诚实守信是影响授课教师评价班风结果的主要因素。

Purpose： In order to further understand the current situation of undergraduate classes in medical colleges and universities ; to pro- vides a scientific basis for improving students＇ daily behaviors. Method： this paper uses the self-made teacher assessment scale to carry out the investigation in the spring of 2015, fall of 2015 and the spring semester of 2016 respectively. The teacher evaluation grade is front 2010 to 2015, covering 23 different majors. Resuh：In the evaluation of all grade classes, the total rank of class of 2015 was the highest, with the lowest average of the class of 2010. In the evaluation of professional class, medical imaging science and technology majors have the highest rank average, the lowest rank of clinical MBBS majors;Conclusion：Lower grade class wind is better, senior class wind is worse;The analysis of the survey data shows that the questionnaire can well reflect the class of the class of the wind situation, Compared in six level of evaluation index, the organiza- tion discipline habits, polite, health habits, learning attitude and behavior, knowledge base, the honest code of honor is the main factors influenc- ing the class wind teacher evaluation results.
