摘要
目的:观察"临床护理早接触"课程在护理本科学生教学中的应用效果。方法:护理本科学生第二、四个学期后的暑期开设"临床护理早接触"课程,用自制的问卷、职业认同感量表、批判性思维能力量表评价效果。结果:80%以上的学生对课程评价良好;学生的护理职业认同感得分提高(P<0.05);批判性思维除系统化能力、认知成熟度外均提高(P<0.05)。结论:"临床护理早接触"能提供早期接触临床的机会,激发学习兴趣,提高护生的职业认同感及批判性思维的能力。
Objective: To observe the effect of applying "clinical nursing early contact" course to undergraduate nursing students. Methods: In the summer vacations after the second and the fourth terms, undergraduate nursing students went to hospitals learning the clinical nursing. We used self-made questionnaire, professional identity scale and critical thinking ability inventory assessment to evaluate the effect. Results: More than 80% of students thought the course was useful. The students' nursing professional identity scores were increased ( P 〈 0.05) ; All dimen- sions except the systematic competence and cognitive maturity of were enhanced ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: The course allowed nursing students to experience clinical works and can stimulate interest in learning, it can improve students' identity in nursing profession and the ability of criti- cal thinking.
