摘要
目的:探讨TBL教学法在职业卫生与职业医学课程教学中的应用。方法:选择2013级预防医学专业1班和2班学生,其中随机抽取1个班在职业卫生与职业医学课程教学中采用TBL教学法,另1班级采用传统教学法,通过课程考试和调查问卷进行效果评价。结果:TBL教学法组学生的理论成绩、实践操作能力和优良率均高于传统教学法组(P<0.05),大多数学生认为TBL教学法可提高学习兴趣、文献检索能力、团队协作能力和语言表达能力,延长了课外学习的时间。结论:TBL教学法能有效提高课程的教学效果,提高了学生综合能力和素质,值得在预防医学其他相关专业教学中进一步推广。
30 students in Oass 1 and 30 students in Class 2 of 2013 Prevent Medicine in Mudanjiang Medical University were selected as the research object. Class 1 was randomly selected as experimental group and taught with TBL,and Class 2 was taught with traditional teaching method as control group. The course examination and questionnaire were used to evaluate the effect of the two methods. The theoretical results showed that theoretical mark, the practical ability and exceUent rate of TBL group's students were higher than that of the traditional teaching method' s group' s students, moreover, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05).
