流动时间及自报健康与女性青壮年流动人口乳腺增生健康风险相关性分析

Analysis of association between the floating time,self-reported health and health risk of breast hyperplasia in female young and middle-aged floating population

目的评价流动时间及自报健康与女性青壮年流动人口乳腺增生健康风险的相关性。方法 2016年9月~2017年3月在西安市鱼化寨社区卫生服务中心选取303名18~40岁女性流动人口为调查对象,对其乳腺增生健康风险进行评估。采用多元线性回归模型分析流动时间、自报健康与乳腺增生健康风险之间的相关性。结果调整混杂因素后的多元线性回归分析显示流动时间与乳腺增生健康风险无相关性(β=-0.028,P=0.516);自报健康与乳腺增生健康风险(β=0.676,P<0.001)、生活方式维度(β=0.216,P<0.001)和精神压力维度(β=0.324,P<0.001)相关。结论流动时间与女性青壮年流动人口乳腺增生健康风险无相关性。自报健康差与该群体乳腺增生健康风险增加,生活方式维度健康风险增加和精神压力增加相关。

Objective To evaluate the con＇elation between the floating time, self-reported health and health risk of breast hyperplasia of female young and middle-aged floating population. Methods An investigatin including 303 subjects aged 18-40 years female floating population was conducted in Xi＇an Yuhua Village Community Health Service Center form September 2016 to March 2017, and risk of breast hyperplasia was evaluated. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to examine the correlation between the floating time, self-reported health and risk of breast hyperplasia. Results Multiple linear regression analysis after adjustment of confounding factors showed no significant correlation between the floating time and health risk of breast hyperplasia （ β = - 0. 028, P = 0. 516 ）. Self-reported health were significantly correlated with breast hyperplasia health risk （ β =0. 676, P 〈 0. 001 ） , lifestyle dimension （ β =0. 216, P 〈0. 001 ） and stress dimension （β =0. 324, P 〈 0.001 ）. Conclusions There is no significant correlation between the floating time and health risk of breast byperplasia among female young and middle-aged floating population. Lower self-reported health is significantly associated with increased health risk of breast hyperplasia, lifestyle dimension and metal stress dimension.
