摘要
对公共建筑改造方案设计绿色评价体系的建筑基础、体系建构和不同层次的权重值等进行系统的理论研究和分析,强调先确定其绿色评价体系设计模型及其评价要素和评价层次的建构,然后将评价体系与专家调查问卷转换,并做全方位的匹配,设计完整的绿色评价调查问卷,最后,严格检验赋值并得出改造方案的绿色评价变量层权重,最终成功完成公共建筑改造方案设计绿色评价体系的构建。
Paper systematically researches and analyzes the building foundation, system structure and weights at different levels of green evaluation system of public building rebuild scheme design, and emphasizes that we should firstly ensure the green evaluation system model and the construction of its evaluation factors and evaluation levels, then translate the evaluation system and expert questionnaire, and make a comprehensive match, design a complete green evaluation questionnaire, finally strictly verify the data and get the green evaluation variable layer weight of rebuild scheme, then successfully complete the construction of green evaluation system of public building rebuild scheme design.
