摘要
通过对事故工况和极端天气工况下城市燃气供应的理论分析,确定了应急储备规模的计算方法,并以乌鲁木齐市为例进行了应急储备规模的分析计算。天然气应急储备规模的确定对于落实设施方案布局,提高应急保障能力具有重要的指导意义。
This paper through the theoretical analysis of city gas supply under the accident condition and extreme weather condition, determines the calculation method of the scale of emergency storage, and takes Urumqi as an example to analyze and calculate the scale of emergency storage.The determination of the scale of natural gas emergency storage has an important guiding significance for implementing facility plan layout and improving emergency support capability.
