摘要
在当下"大众创业、万众创新"的全民发展经济与推进供给侧结构性改革以及强化环保安全监督的矛盾统一中,我国矿产资源开发监督管理与发展节约集约型、生态环境友好型、资源利用可持续型经济社会要求不适应的方面很多,给广大基层矿产资源监督管理者造成不少的困扰。论文从法律制度、实践操作等方面进行论述,以供参考。
In the contradiction and unity of ＂public entrepreneurship and innovation＂ national economic development and promoting the supply-side structural reform and strengthening the safety supervision of environmental protection, management of mineral resources exploitation supervision in China can not meet the requirements of developing saving and intensive, and eco-friendly and sustainable use of resources economical society, causing a lot of trouble to the general managers of the basic mineral resources. This paper analyzes it from the aspects of legal system and practical operation and so on, for reference.
