伴随着幕墙产业的不断壮大,幕墙施工项目的安全问题日益突出。论文通过分析幕墙施工现状,总结其设计、施工特点;基于幕墙施工阶段的安全事故案例分析,辨识安全施工影响因素;构建幕墙施工项目的安全因素SEM模型,并以杜克教育培训中心(一期)幕墙工程为例,进行幕墙施工项目安全问题探究。

With the continuous expansion of curtain wall industry, the security problems of curtain wall construction project are increasingly prominent. This paper analyzes present situation of curtain wall construction, and summarizes its characteristics of design and construction, analyzes the affecting factors of safety construction based on the safety accident cased analysis in the curtain wall construction stage, builds the safety factors SEM model of curtain wall construction project, and taking the curtain wall engineering of Duke Education Training Center（No.1 phase） as an example, analyzes the safety problems in curtain wall construction project.
