在传统的工程造价管理工作中存在许多问题,这些问题严重影响了工程造价的管理水平,因此,必须依托于大数据和BIM技术才能使工程造价管理的绩效得到改善,重新构成全新的造价大数据,提高工程造价管理效率和质量。论文主要对大数据和BIM技术在工程造价管理中的应用措施进行深入分析,并提出了相关建议。

There are many problems existed in tradition project cost management. These problems can seriously affect project cost management,must be based on the data and BIM technology can improve the performance of engineering cost management, recreate a new cost data, speed up the efficiency of project cost management and quality. This paper analyzes in-depth the application measures of data and BIM technology in project cost management, and puts forward measures relevant proposals.
