摘要
鉴于钢丝绳芯带式输送机易发现纵撕问题,详细分析纵撕原因以及防纵撕装置,包括接触式检测系统和非接触式检测系统,并进一步分析放纵撕保护技术的发展趋势,以期提出新型的保护原理,为纵撕问题的解决提供更多的参考依据。
In view of the fact that the longitudinal solution problem is easy to be found in the steel rope core belt conveyor,the causes of longitudinal solution and the anti-longitudinal solution device are analyzed in detail,including the contact detection system and the non-contact detection system.The development trend of indulgent solution protection technology is further analyzed in order to put forward a new protection principle and provide more reference basis for the solution of longitudinal solution problem.
