摘要
主要分析了薄煤层综采技术发展现状,并针对具体的综采技术主要包括支架、采煤机、转载机、运输机、两巷支护的确认与回采工艺的设备进行分析,在此基础上,以某煤井为例研究通过采用先进的综采技术使得较薄煤层实现高产高效后的可观效益。结果表明:最高的推进速度达到了240 m/月,最高的日产量达到了4 880 t/天,大大加快了1号煤的开采速度。
This paper mainly analyzes the development status of fully mechanized coal mining technology in thin coal seam,and analyzes the specific fully mechanized coal mining technology mainly including support,shearer,re-loader,conveyer,two roadway support and mining technology equipment.On this basis,taking a coal well as an example,the paper studies the considerable benefits of high yield and high efficiency in thin coal seam by adopting advanced fully mechanized coal mining technology.The results show that the highest speed of propulsion is up to 240 m/month.The highest daily output reached 4,880 t/day,greatly accelerating the liberation speed of No.1 Coal.
