摘要
以变频控制技术在矿用皮带输送机上的应用为研究目的,介绍了既有皮带机的控制方式展,论述了煤矿皮带机的改造措施以及改造后的特点和效果。应用实践表明,将皮带输送机变频电控系统运用于煤矿皮带输送机上,不仅可极大地减少安全事故的发生,而且可促进煤炭输送工作的稳定开展。
Taking the application of frequency control technology in mine belt conveyor as research object,introduces the existing control methods of belt conveyor,discusses the improvement measures of coal mine belt machine and transformation characteristics and advantages.Analysis shows that practical application of electric control system of belt conveyor in coal mine frequency not only greatly reduces the safety accidents,and promote the stable development of coal transportation work.
