摘要
设计采用三菱FX2N-16MR的PLC对自动攻螺纹机控制方式进行改进,完成了I/O分配和控制电路设计,实现了整个加工过程的完整控制。该设计不仅提高了生产效率,也增强了设备可靠性与稳定性,较好地满足了生产现场全自动化的工作需求。
This design uses the Mitsubishi FX2N-16MR PLC to improve its control method,completes the I/O allocation and control circuit design,and realizes the complete control of the entire process.It not only improves the production efficiency,enhances the stability and reliability of equipment,and better meets the fully automated work demands of the production scene.
