摘要
在介绍喷涂自动滑台结构与工作原理的基础上,详细介绍基于PLC的喷涂自动滑台控制设计方案,包括PLC控制系统设计方案和程序设计方案。本设计针对喷涂工艺的滑台控制生产效率低、劳动量大、成本高等问题,采用PLC作为主控制器,配合喷涂机器人,实现了对滑台前进、后退、旋转、定位及喷涂过程的精确、有效控制,满足了自动滑台系统的手动自动切换、急停控制等喷涂工艺的要求,具有较好的实用意义和推广价值。
On the basis of introducing the structure and working principle of spraying automatic slide platform,the control design scheme of spraying automatic slide platform based on PLC is introduced in detail,including the design scheme of PLC control system and the program design scheme.Aiming at the problems that the control of sliding table in spraying process is low production efficiency,large amount of labor,and high cost,using PLC as the main controller,cooperates with spraying robot,implements the precise,effective control of sliding table front and back,rotation,location and spraying process,meets the requirements of spraying process such as automatic sliding table system manual and automatic switch,stop control,and has good practical significance and promotion value.
