摘要
主要介绍了针对液晶面板撕膜机的撕膜工艺、整机结构、控制方式,以及在研发过程中遇到的问题点和相应的解决方案。该撕膜机有效地代替了人工撕膜、撕膜效率达15 s/片,撕膜成功率在98%以上。
This paper mainly introduces the tear film process and control mode for LCD panel tearing machine.In addition,this paper analyses the problems and corresponding solutions in the process of development.This tearing machine effectively places the artificial tearing,ant its effects can reach at 15 s/p,and its success rate reaches arer98%.
