试论薄煤层综采自动化采煤技术的应用

Discussion on the Application of Automatic Mining Technology in Fully-mechanized Coal Mining of Thin Coal Seam

围绕薄煤层综采自动化采煤工艺技术的研发与应用展开论述,阐述了自动化开采技术现状及存在的问题,重点分析了支撑技术、电控自动化技术、综采工艺技术、采煤机自动化技术这四种主要薄煤层开采关键技术,并且对自动化技术在经济效益、应用效果、推广价值进行了探讨。分析认为,综采自动化技术是安全可行且有效的,为薄煤层综采自动化设备的进一步推广和使用提供了有力保证。

Based on the development and application of fully mechanized coal mining technology in thin coal seam,the present situation and existing problems of automatic mining technology are discussed.The key technologies of the four main thin coal seam mining technologies such as support technology,electric control automation technology,fully mechanized coal mining technology and coal mining machine automation technology are analyzed.
