摘要
在分析总结我国飞机总装脉动生产线发展现状的基础上,对涉及的装配智能制造体系构建、数字化装配技术、物流系统设计等关键技术进行了探讨。分析认为,基于精益思想的飞机总装脉动生产线已成为我国飞机生产新模式,该技术实现了飞机总装配过程标准化、精益制造的要求,同时,对飞机总装脉动生产线技术发展的研究可以为构建适合我国飞机制造企业的总装脉动生产线提供思路。
Based on the brief analysis and summary of aircraft pulse final assembly line,the assembly intelligent manufacturing system construction method,digital assembly technology,logistics system design and other key technologies were discussed.The analysis shows that the aircraft pulse final assembly line based on lean ideology has become a new mode of aircraft production in our country.Therefore,the standardization and lean manufacturing requirements of aircraft assembly process was realized by this mode,and the ideas were provided for the construction of aircraft pulse final assembly line to be suitable for China＇s aircraft manufacturers.
