摘要
采用品味信念问卷、自尊量表、压力知觉量表、心理健康量表对700名高校贫困生进行测查,在积极情绪扩展—建构理论指导下探讨自尊、压力知觉在品味和高校贫困生心理健康之间的中介作用。结果表明:(1)品味、自尊与心理健康存在显著正相关,压力知觉与心理健康存在显著负相关;(2)品味不仅能直接作用于心理健康,还能够通过自尊、压力知觉的序列中介作用间接影响心理健康。因此,品味与高校贫困生心理健康关系密切,而自尊和压力知觉在其中起着重要作用。
The Savoring Belief Inventory, Self-Esteem Scale, Chinese Perceived Stress Scale and Mental Health Scale for College Students were applied in this investigation. Under the guidance of the broaden-and-build theory of positive emotion, we explored the mediating roles of self-esteem and perceived stress between savoring and mental health. The results indicated that:(1) Savoring and self-esteem were positively related to mental health, and perceived stress negatively associated with mental health;(2) Savoring had a significantly direct effect on impoverished college students' mental health. Specifically, savoring affected impoverished college students' mental health through the serial mediating roles of self-esteem and perceived stress. Therefore, this study illustrated that savoring had an important effect on mental health.Meanwhile, self-esteem and perceived stress played a particularly prominent part in the development of mental health in impoverished college students who possessed the competence of savoring.
