摘要 基于装配式钢桁-混凝土组合连续刚构桥依托工程-广佛肇高速公路青岐涌大桥,结合桥位较远、不能大尺度远距离运输的特点,研究了钢桁整体式制作的安装技术工艺,对杆件制作、工厂节段拼装、现场半桥拼装以及半桥钢桁吊装工艺进行了详细阐述。结果表明,整体吊装工艺可以适用于桥梁高度较矮、运输条件有限等场合,且钢桁线形控制精度高、合拢段构造简单,不失为一种快速建造桥梁方法。 Based on the construction practice of Qingqichong Bridge,a prefabricated steel truss-concrete composite continuous rigid frame bridge on Guangzhou-Foshan-Zhaoqing Expressway,in combination with the characteristics of the project,the integral production and installation technology process of steel truss were studied,and the rod production,segments assembled in the factory,half-bridge assembling on site and half-bridge steel truss hoisting process were described in detail. The results show that,the integral installation technology can be applied to low bridge and limited transport conditions,as the precision of steel linear control is high and the structure of fold section is simple,this is a rapid way to build bridge.
