Evaluation of Urine dry Chemical Detection in Urine Occult Blood and Microscopic Examination of Visible Components of Urinary Red Blood Cells

摘要 目的探讨尿液干化学检测尿隐血与镜检尿有形成分红细胞的检测结果符合程度。方法回顾性分析门诊收治的尿液检查患者500例临床资料,所有患者均取中段尿液标本分别进行尿液干化学检测和显微镜检查,对比分析两种检测方法所检出的阳性符合率。结果两种检测方法的阴性符合率为97.09%,阳性符合率为63.11%。从中抽取妇科、肾内科和泌尿外科的尿液检查结果进行对比后显示,63份妇科尿液标本阴性符合率为94.44%,阳性符合率为74.07%;80份肾内科尿液标本阴性符合率为90.70%,阳性符合率为75.68%;21份泌尿外科尿液标本阴性符合率为90.00%,阳性符合率为81.82%;两者之间不完全对应,其在妇科、肾内科及泌尿外科的检测阳性符合率更高。结论在临床对尿液标本进行检测时可综合两种检测方法制订复检规则,以提高检测的阳性率。 Objective To investigate the coincidence degree of urine dry chemistry detection urine occult blood and microscopic urinary red blood cells. Methods The clinical data of 500 patients were retrospectively analyzed. The urine samples were performed by urine dry chemical examination and microscopic examination. The positive rate of visible components red blood cells detected by two methods were compared and analyzed. Results The negative coincidence rate of the two detection methods was 97.09%, the positive coincidence rate was 63.11%. The results of urine examination from 500 urine samples were compared. The negative coincidence rate of 63 gynecological urine samples was 94.44%, and the positive rate was 74.07%. The negative coincidence rate of 80 cases of renal urol- ogy department was 90.70 %. The positive rate was 75.68 %. The negative coincidence rate of urine specimens was 90.00 %, and the positive rate was 81.82 %. It showed that the positive rate of coincidence between the two was higher in the detection of gynecology, nephrology and urology. Conclusion The results of urine dry chemical detection can not be consistent with the results of microscopic ex- amination. Therefore, the visible component detection can not be completely replaced by urine dry chemical screening, and the combina- tion of the detection methods can be used to ensure the detection is accurate and reliable.
