摘要
以东北建平膨润土为原料,采用KH2PO4溶液模拟含磷污水,分别对膨润土进行焙烧、酸碱药剂、钠盐及组合工艺改性研究,通过偏钼酸铵分光光度法测量改性膨润土对磷的吸附量。结果表明,几种改性后的膨润土吸附性能都得到一定改善,其中酸改性和焙烧改性膨润土对磷的吸附效果最好,最终通过正交试验得出最优组合工艺方案,当膨润土投加量为0.6 g,H2SO4质量分数为10%,改性温度为400℃时,膨润土吸附后的上清液中磷质量浓度达到最小。
Using the bentonite of northeast Jianping as raw materials, simulation of phosphorus-containing wastewater by KH2PO4, the roasting, acid and alkali agents and sodium salt modification and composite process were studied respectively. The adsorption capacity of modified bentonite was measured by ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry. The results show that the adsorption properties of bentonite are improved obviously, the adsorption effect of acid modification and calcination bentonite on phosphorus ion is the best. And we get the best plan from the orthogonal experiment. When the amount of bentonite is 0.6 g, the concentration of H2SO4 is 10%, modified temperature is 400℃, the phosphorus in supematant is the minimum.
