摘要
以轻烧氧化镁为原料,利用碳酸化法在水-二氧化碳体系中浸出镁离子。利用XRD、络合滴定等分析方法,在自制沉淀剂为碳酸根沉淀剂的情况下,考察时间、温度、搅拌速率等条件对镁离子浸出率的影响。结果表明:在反应时间3 h,温度25℃,搅拌速率300 r/min,原料粒度320目(-0.045 mm),浸出两次的条件下,可以浸出轻烧镁中84.6%的镁离子。
Magnesium ion was leached from water-carbon dioxide system by carbonation with light-burned magnesium as raw material. The effects of time, temperature and stirring rate on the leaching rate of magnesium were investigated by means of XRD and complex titration. The effects of self-made precipitating agent as carbonate precipitates on the leaching rate of magnesium were investigated. The results showed that 84.6% of magnesium ions in leaching magnesium could be leached under the conditions of reaction time 3 h, temperature 25℃, stirring rate 300 r/min, raw material grain size 320 mesh and leaching twice.
