摘要
研究了普通硅酸盐水泥对磷建筑石膏凝结时间、力学性能及耐水性的影响规律。对改性的早期水化反应进程,硬化体的水化产物及微观形貌进行了分析。结果表明:当水泥掺量在10%以内时,掺入普通硅酸盐水泥可以有效提升磷建筑石膏的后期强度和耐水性。当水泥掺量超过10%后,硬化体长期浸泡水中会生成延迟钙矾石,导致试件膨胀开裂。
The effects of ordinary portland cement on the setting time, mechanical properties and water resistance of hemihydrate phosphogypsum were studied. The early hydration mechanism, hydration products and microstructure were studied. The results showed that: ordinary Portland cement could enhance the mechanical properties and water resistance within the content of 10%. The generation of delayed ettringite after long time soaking in water was the main reason for specimen expension and cracking with ordinary Portland cement content over 10%.
