摘要
通过纯矿物浮选试验、实际矿物浮选试验、zeta电位测定、红外光谱、吸附量测定,研究了油酸钠、亚油酸钠与胶磷矿的作用特性。结果表明,亚油酸钠的捕收能力大于油酸钠,两种脂肪酸钠在碱性条件下(p H=9.8)与矿物表面发生单层的化学吸附,在弱酸性条件下(p H=6)与矿物表面既发生化学吸附又发生物理吸附且吸附形式为多层吸附。
The interaction characters between phosphate ores and sodium oleate and sodium linoleate are researched through flotation tests, zeta-potential, infrared, adsorption measurements. The flotation results show that the sodium linoleate has the stronger collection capacity than sodium oleate. The mechanism tests indicate that the adsorption of sodium oleate and sodium linoleate are chemisorption on phosphate ores surface at pH=9.8 corresponding to monolayer coverage, and the adsorptions include both chemisorption and physisorption on phosphate ores surface at pH=6 corresponding to polylayer adsorption.
