摘要
针对江西赣南地区某伟晶岩锂辉石中锂辉石颗粒较大的特点,对比了高压脉冲破碎和常规球磨机对锂辉石的选择性破碎效果,同时考察了不同高压脉冲破碎参数对锂辉石的破碎效果。结果表明,在脉冲数15,放电电压125 V,工作液采用自来水,比功率17 k Wh/t的高压脉冲破碎条件下,对+1 mm破碎产品进行选择性筛分和矿物特征手工分选预先富集,可获得品位为6.02%,回收率为62.83%的锂辉石精矿和高质量石英、钠长石副产品。
According to the characteristics that the larger size of spodumene in pegma)ite from Jiangxi province. Comparing the selective crushing by high voltage pulses and conventional comminution. At the same time, the effects of different high voltage pulses comminution on the spodumene effect were investigated. The results showed that, the treatment by the pulses 15, the discharge voltage 125 V, tap water, energy consumption 17 kWh/t. In the +1 mm comminution passing, Li2O concentration was pre-enriched up to the grade of 6.02% and recovery of 62.83% by selective screening. In addition, two high quality by-products such as quartz, albite could be obtained.
