转轮叶片多轴铣削加工的集成知识云服务实现 被引量:5

摘要 为了解决云模式下转轮叶片铣削加工知识资源的按需共享和优化配置问题,在分析云模式下转轮叶片铣削加工特征、知识服务难点及需求的基础上,提出转轮叶片铣削加工的集成化知识云服务模式和实现方法。首先,构建了转轮叶片多轴铣削的本体库和知识库,完成了知识资源与加工任务的本体组织结构描述,在此基础上搭建集成信息输入、工艺规划、刀轨计算、仿真分析及参数优化等环节的转轮叶片多轴铣削过程模块化集成框架,建立了铣削过程的集成知识云服务模式;然后,针对集成框架的关键环节,采用基于业务需求—服务活动—协调规则的知识服务集成工作流来控制多个耦合服务任务的协同运行,并建立转轮叶片铣削过程的集成知识服务流模型;最后,搭建面向转轮叶片铣削加工过程的集成知识云服务平台,实现了知识资源与铣削加工业务流程的柔性集成,为云制造模式下转轮叶片的高效加工提供了思路和实现途径。 To solve the problem of on-demand sharing and optimal allocation for runner blade milling knowledge resources,the integrated service mode and method of knowledge resources in runner blade milling process were put forward based on analyzing the milling characteristics, the knowledge service difficultis and demands of blades under cloud mode. The ontology base and knowledge base of runner blade milling were constructed, and the knowledge re- sources and milling tasks were described and organized, from which the integrated framework, including information input, process planning, tool path calculation, simulation analysis and parameter optimization was established, and the integrated knowledge cloud service mode of milling process was presented. The coordinated operation of coupled knowledge service processes was controlled by using an integrated service flow based on expression of service re- quirements, activities and coordination rules. The integrated knowledge cloud service platform was built for the milling process of runner blade, and the flexible integration of knowledge resource and milling process was realized. The presented methods provided ideas and approaches for improving the milling ability of runner blade in cloud man- ufacturing mode.
