摘要
分析了电机系统试验台架的总体架构、工作原理与控制模式,基于AVL测功机系统搭建了电机系统试验台架,实现了台架测量数据同步与集成控制。提出并实现了基于试验台架的车用电机系统性能参数测试方法,为电动汽车车用电机系统开发与测试提供了借鉴,为整车试验奠定了测试数据基础。
The overall structure, working principle and control mode of the test bed for motor system were analyzed and the motor system test bed was built based on the AVL dynamometer system. The synchronous communication and integration of data measured by different measuring equipment was realized on the test bed. Also, the method of performance test of motor system based on the test bed was proposed and realized, which provided a reference for the testing of electrical motor system on vehicle and provided test data foundation before vehicle test.
