摘要
对某五缸柱塞泵泵头体应用ABAQUS软件进行了三维有限元分析,获得了泵头体的应力分布规律,找到泵头体容易出现危险的位置,并对泵头体的危险截面进行结构优化,由最初的最大应力336.1MPa优化到242.5MPa,优化后的最大应力分布主要集中在缸腔和出口腔相贯的位置。同时针对优化后泵头体的模型尺寸,得到泵头体在不同工况下应力的变化趋势,为五缸泵头体的使用提供一定的参考依据。
For a five cylinder plunger pump head body using ABAQUS software of three-dimensional finite element analysis, the stress distribution of the pump head is obtained, find the pump head prone to dangerous position, and dangerous section of the pump head body structure optimization, from the initial maximum stress 336.1MPa optimization to 242.5MPa, the maximum optimized stress distribution mainly concentrated in the cylinder cavity and an outlet cavity intersecting position. According to the model size of the optimized pump head, the variation trend of stress of pump body under different working conditions is obtained, which provides certain reference basis for the use of five cylinder pump head.
