基于有限元法优化法兰盘止口的设计

摘要 金属叠片挠性联轴器联接时,在油压的作用下,使得被包容件(轴)和包容件(法兰盘轮毂)在径向都会产生一定量的变形,以获得足够的胀紧力,确保传递足够的扭矩。然而,法兰盘轮毂的变形将直接导致法兰盘上的止口发生形位变化,影响凸止口和中间段凹止口的装配精度;变形量过大时,甚至导致无法装配。利用ABAQUS有限元软件仿真计算,修正凸凹止口的配合公差,优化对止口设计,避免了配对零件的报废,对生产具有重要的指导意义。 When the metal lamination flexible couplings are connected, the contained component(axle) and container(flange plate hub) come about the deformation at radial direction under the function of oil pressure in order to get enough distensible force to ensure the enough torque transmission. However, the deformation of flange hub will result in form and position variation of the seam allowance on flange plate directly, which will influence the assembly accuracy between the convex seam allowance and concave seam allowance in the middle section.When the overlarge deflection comes, it even could course the failure of assembly. If the software of simulating calculation, ABAQUS finite element method, could be applied, the fit tolerance of convex and concave seam allowance will be revised, and the design of seam allowance will be optimized. It could avoid paired component scrap which will guide the production vastly.
