摘要
目的改良十味益脾颗粒口味,提高小儿用药的依从性。方法采用添加甜味剂和香味剂对十味益脾颗粒进行口味改进,优化处方并制备小试样品,请10名志愿者进行小试样品和上市产品的对比评价。结果矫味后十味益脾颗粒口味较原产品有较大改善。结论成功进行了矫味,优化了十味益脾颗粒处方,更适宜儿童服用。
OBJECTIVE To modify the taste of Shiweiyipi Granules for improving children＇s medication compliance. METHODS The collocation of sweetener and aromatics is used to modify the taste of Shiweiyipi Granules. Comparing the taste between marketed drug and the flavor masking sample was evaluated by tasting flavor with tongue by ten volunteers. RESULTS Taste can be improved significantly than the original marketed drug. CONCLUSION Taste-and-smell-masking for Shiweiyipi granules and formula modifying was successfully,it＇s more suitable for children to take.
