摘要
目的改进双香贴膏样品前处理方法,提高双香贴膏士的宁含量测定的准确性,完善双香贴膏的质量标准。方法应用稀盐酸提取双香贴膏样品,对提取液进行不同程度碱化(pH为7和pH为9~10)后萃取制备样品,再采用HPLC法测定两种不同处理方法的双香贴膏样品中的士的宁含量,并进行分析比较。结果提取液pH值调至7后处理的双香贴膏样品中士的宁含量明显高于提取液pH值调至9~10之间后处理的双香贴膏样品。结论双香贴膏样品中的士的宁在中性环境下的溶出率较碱性环境多,故双香贴膏中的士的宁提取纯化宜在中性环境进行。
OBJECTIVE To improve the pre-treatment method of Shuangxiangtie adhesive plaster sample and the accuracy of content determination on strychnine in Shuangxiangtie adhesive plaster. METHODS Using HPLC to determine the content of strychnine in Shuangxiangtie adhesive plaster samples by two kinds of different processing methods and analyze comparatively. RESULTS The sample prepared through alkalized to the pH of 7 has a higher content of strychnine than which prepared through alkalized to the pH of 9 to 10. CONCLUSION The dissolution rate of the strychnine of Shuangxiangtie adhesive plaster in neutral environment is higher than which in alkaline environment. Therefore,it is suitable to extract strychnine of Shuangxiangtie adhesive plaster in neutral environment.
