植物乳杆菌固态发酵马铃薯渣制备生物饲料的研究 被引量:4

摘要 选用植物乳杆菌,以鲜马铃薯渣80%、小麦麸皮10%和玉米蛋白粉10%为发酵底物进行固态发酵,研究不同发酵条件对马铃薯渣发酵底物粗蛋白质和粗纤维的影响。结果表明:在本试验最优固态发酵条件下,即菌液量4%(菌液浓度约8×108 CFU/ml)、发酵温度33℃、发酵时间60h,制备的马铃薯渣生物饲料粗蛋白质和粗纤维质量分数分别为22.37%~23.07%和13.69%~14.55%,达到了作为蛋白质饲料的要求。 The effects of different fermentation conditions on the crude protein and crude fiber in solid-state fermentation product of potato residue with Lactobacillus plantarum were studied by using 80% of fresh potato residue, 10% of wheat bran and 10% of corn gluten meal as fermentation substrate. The results showed that the optimum fermentation conditions were as follows : the amount of bacteria was 4 % (the concentration of bacterium was about 8×10^8CFU/ml), the fermentation tempera- ture was 33℃ and the fermentation time was 60 h. The crude protein and crude fiber content of the prepared potato residueBio- feed were 22.37%~23.07% and 13.69%~14.55% respectively, which reached the requirementof protein feed.
