综述了饲料中霉菌毒素的污染状况和检测技术,分析了各种检测方法的实用性和研究现状,旨在为研制高速、高灵敏、高效的检测方法提供参考,为饲料安全生产提供依据。
The contamination and detection technology of mycotoxin in feed were reviewed, and the practicability and research status of various detection methods were analyzed. The aim was to provide reference for the development of rapid, high sensitive and efficient detection method, and basis for feed safety in production.
