扩展移相控制下DC/DC变换器的最小环流优化

摘要 装甲车辆供电系统具有电压等级多、供电质量要求高等特点。直流DC/DC变换器是平衡电网供耗电,提高供电质量的关键环节。分析了变换器中环流功率产生的原因,并根据拓展移相(EPS)控制下的回流功率数学模型,提出一种使环流功率最小化的移相策略,通过计算仿真得出EPS策略与传统移相控制下的环流功率曲线。设计制作原理样机,通过实验验证了该移相策略的有效性。 Power supply system for armored vehicle has multi-voltage grade and a higher quality standard.DC/DC converters are the key parts to balance grid energy and improve the quality of power supply.Firstly,the backflow power existing in converter is analyzed.According to the mathematical model of the backflow power,an optimized strategy by extend-phase-shifting(EPS) is proposed.The backflow power curve under the EPS and traditional phase-shifting control is presented and compared.Finally, a prototype is developed based on the optimized strategy.The experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed optimized strategy.
