摘要 双脉宽调制(PWM)变频调速系统可实现能量的双向流动、网侧电流正弦化及单位功率因数控制,实现高性能电机调速的同时,达到节能环保的目的。PWM整流器采用电压、电流双闭环控制,PWM逆变器采用基于混合磁链观测器的转速、电流双闭环矢量控制。研究分析了电机在牵引与制动工况时的功率因数控制性能,并对系统主电路关键参数进行了设计。仿真和实验结果验证了软硬件设计的正确性和控制策略的有效性。 Dual pulse width modulation (PWM) variable frequency speed regulation system can achieve the two-way flow of the energy, current sinusoidal of the net side and the unit power control, to achieve the high-performance of motor speed regulation and the purpose of energy conservation and the environmental protection at the same time.PWM rectifier uses voltage and current double closed-loop control and PWM inverter uses speed and current double dosed- loop vector control based on mixed flux observer.The power factor control performance of the motor in the tracking and braking condition is analyzed and the key parameters of the main circuit system is designed.Simulation and experimental results verify the validity of the software and hardware design and the effectiveness of the control strategy.
