高频链三相四桥臂矩阵逆变器及其桥臂控制

摘要 为解决不平衡负载工况下三相三桥臂逆变器输出电压不平衡问题,提出一种高频链(HFL)三相四桥臂矩阵逆变器结构及其控制方法。所提结构不仅具有较好的带不平衡负载的能力,而且由于拓扑中高频变压器的存在还可实现逆变器输入侧与输出侧电气隔离,从而保证设备和人员安全。首先介绍了HFL三相四桥臂矩阵逆变器的拓扑结构,进而研究适用于该拓扑的解结耦正弦脉宽调制(SPWM)策略,并基于该策略分析电路工作模态,然后介绍了HFL三相四桥臂逆变器的桥臂控制原理,最后通过实验验证了所提方案的可行性和有效性。 In order to solve the problem of the three-phase three-leg inverter output voltage unbalance under unbalanced load conditions,the high frequency link(HFL) three-phase four-leg matrix inverter topology and control method of the topology are proposed, the topology has the perfect ability with the unbalanced load, and realize the electrical isolation between the input side and the output side of the inverter, because of the existence of high frequency transformer in the topology, and ensure the safety of equipment and person.This paper mainly introduces the topology of the HFL three-phase four-leg matrix inverter,then introduces working principle of the HFL three-phase four-leg matrix inverter de-recouple sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM) strategy,the operating mode of the circuit is analyzed, at the same time the leg control working principle of HFL three-phase four-leg matrix inverter is analyzed.Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed scheme are verified by experiment.
