首届中医护理专业学位硕士心理体验的质性研究

Qualitative research on the psychological experience of the first master of nursing degree in traditional Chinese medicine

目的探讨某中医院校首届中医护理硕士专业学位研究生的心理体验,为护理研究生教育者与管理者制定有效的心理干预措施提供依据。方法采用质性研究中的现象学方法,对9名某中医院校首届中医护理硕士专业学位研究生进行深入访谈,采用Colaizzi 7步分析法对资料进行整理分析,提炼主题。结果研究对象出现了不同程度的失望、茫然无助、压力较大等负面情绪。结论护理教育者与管理者应关注首届中医护理硕士专业学位研究生的不良心理体验,采取有效措施以促进其身心健康。

Objective To explore the psychological experience of the first master of nursing degree in traditional Chinese medicine, and to provide the basis for the effective psychological intervention measures for nursing graduate educators and managers. Methods Nine students as the first master of nursing degree in traditional Chinese medicine were investigated by using deep interview, and according to Colaizzi 7 step analysis method for finishing analysis, refining the theme. Results As the first master of nursing degree in traditional Chinese medicine, there have been varying degrees of disappointment, loss of helplessness, greater pressure and other negative emotions. Conclusion Nursing educators and managers should pay attention to a series of adverse psychological experiences involved in the first master＇s degree in nursing, and take effective measures to promote their physical and mental health.
