目的总结经导航手术治疗患者的护理配合要点,探讨围手术期完善的护理配合对于手术成功及患者术后康复的作用。方法对本科室10例使用计算机导航辅助外科手术治疗颧骨颧弓骨折患者围手术期的护理方法进行分析。结果 10例使用计算机导航辅助外科手术治疗的颧骨颧弓骨折患者对手术效果很满意,患者面部形状改善良好。结论计算机辅助外科手术导航治疗颧骨颧弓骨折,能提高切开复位内固定手术成功率,精确性高,术后患者面形及功能明显改善,满意度提高。

Objective Summarize the key points of nursing coordination for patients treated by navigation surgery, to explore the effect of perfect nursing coordination in perioperative period on the success of operation and the effect of postoperative rehabilitation. This paper＇s aim is to explore the nursing care methods of computer-assisted surgical treatment of zygomatic fracture. Methods The perioperative nursing care methods of lO patients with zygomatic fracture under the computer assisted surgical treatment in our department are analyzed. Results All patients are satisfied with the open reduction and internal fixation, increasing accuracy, and the patients＇facial shape and features are significantly improved. Conclusions Computer assisted surgical navigation for the treatment of malar and zygomatic arch fractures, it proves that proper peri-operative care for the successful operation and post-operative rehabilitation plays an important role, and summarize the points of the nursing care.
